Although the cradle I purchased didn’t fit the customer service I received was great. Would definitely use them again. They even sent me a return label so I could get the shipping cheaper. Thank you

I was very happy with the product I received I think the packaging could have been reinforced some more. The box was barely still together in one
piece   It sis take some extra stops along the way also. I will be a returning customer if I need another bell part

It was such a pleasure doing business with this company. I ordered the wrong upright for my bell, which of course I had to return. Well, Alana went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with the right part for my bell and had it shipped out the same day I e-mailed her !! Alana made the process a piece of cake as I was frazzled by this point LOL, I know absolutely nothing about bells !! You won't find a better company to do business with, they go the extra yard to make sure their customers are happy with their bells !! KUDO'S & DOUBLE THUMBS UP !!
