Alana Sunday, August 30, 2026 Reviewer: Wishbone from Birmingham, AL United States   A cast iron crank is a cast iron crank.  Nothing fancy.  No frills or glitter.  The Prindle difference is one special lady — Alana.  She communicated effectively, accurately, timely and politely!  Without going too deep into details, adaptations were required for the Prindle crank to work on my brand bell. She delivered through emails and phone calls.  It was a delightful experience doing business with Prindle; all because of Alana. Was this review helpful to you?

Something I didn't even know I needed Wednesday, March 18, 2026 Reviewer: Wayne Pullam from Lizton, IN United States   In my excitement about finding a cradle for my bell, I almost missed the need for the crank. Excellent Customer Care Sunday, August 31, 2025 Reviewer: Charity from Fair Grove, MO United States   I was unsure of what crank I needed as my bell is a  #1. While they don’t make one specifically for my bell Alana was extremely patient and knowledgeable when finding me the best replacement part, plus including shims to help with the fit.
