Something I didn't even know I needed March 18, 2026 Reviewer: Wayne Pullam from Lizton, IN United States   In my excitement about finding a cradle for my bell, I almost missed the need for the crank. Excellent Customer Care August 31, 2025 Reviewer: Charity from Fair Grove, MO United States   I was unsure of what crank I needed as my bell is a  #1. While they don’t make one specifically for my bell Alana was extremely patient and knowledgeable when finding me the best replacement part, plus including shims to help with the fit. Crank #3 August 11, 2025 Reviewer: LCW from Durham, NC United States   Crank is great but does not fit on our bell because we were unaware that our bell’s attachment was broken off  so the screw doesn’t have the ability to attach. Amazing Personal Service :) April 16, 2025 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Mission Hills, KS United States   I recently installed an old bell and needed a crank.  I was so grateful to find Prindle Bell.  Alana worked with me to determine exactly what I needed.  However the full story of her commitment to personal service came after the crank was received.  When installing the crank I did EVERYTHING wrong - resulting in a crank that shattered.  I had no idea this could happen.  The bell was to be the main attraction in an upcoming home event with the grandkids.  Alana was incredibly kind and understanding.  Not only did she help with rushed shipping for the replacement, she sent many more photographs and detailed advice so this time I would get things right - which I did, thank to Alana's help and kindness.  This level of personal service is almost unheard of, but Alana and Prindle Bell is proof it still exists!  I look forward to working with Alana on future bell projects.
