Alana was very helpful in helping me select a bell crank for a bell that belonged to my grandparents. As children, my brothers and I, and later, my daughter, rang that bell! I would venture to say Alana knew how important the task of refurbishing the bell was to me. She also answered various questions about the bell in a timely manner. Thank you for hiring such compassionate people!
